The Securities Research Team within Advice & Guidance exists to provide recommendations on individual equity and fixed income investments in order to help clients achieve their goals. We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to serve as a Supervisory Analyst to ensure adherence to security laws and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities for the role include:Create research communications for public distribution, complying with all securities laws and global regulatory disclosure requirements as it relates to content. Monitor current and emerging issues in regulation as they relate to supervisory policy and assist in the design, development, and implementation of policies and procedures designed to maintain compliance with all applicable laws and regulations as well as firm policy and philosophy. Create and maintain systems/processes to assure compliance with regulatory and firm requirements by interfacing with Compliance, Legal, Investment Banking, Syndicate, OTC Trading, Product Areas, Communications, Advertising and Online Marketing and other areas within CSG. Assist with special projects as required Bachelor's degree Required FINRA licenses:Series 7 Series 66 (or 65/63 combo) Series 16 (or 86/87 combo) Series 24Please note, if you do not have your 24 upon hire, you will need to obtain it within the first 6 months of hire.
